Version: Adjustable quick-release aperture blocks are used to set the hinge position and length, and feature Trend’s tool-free, patented thumb-turn locking mechanism for fast, accurate adjustmentsAdjustable edge guides are used to set the hinge leaf width and can be positioned using indexed locations (20, 25, and 30 mm) or anywhere within the open channel, for non-standard widths up to 35 mmLightweight anodised aluminium rails for optimum strength, durability, accuracy and a smooth router running surfaceFire door compatibility allows the 2nd hinge to be positioned 20” from the top of the doorBradawl attachment allows the jig to be quickly secured to doors and frames (included)Aluminium end plate allows the jig to fit both door and frame with minimal adjustment25 mm rail depth allows jig to be used against fixed door stops up to 25 mm thickTwo part body for compact transportationRequires: Plunge router (¼”/8 mm collet), cutter (¼”/8 mm shank x 12 mm cut diameter x 70 mm overall length) and corner chisel
